Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Processing times
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, product launches or seasonal holidays, processing may take a little longer.

UK delivery
Standard delivery charges apply to orders under £25 and are shown before checkout.
Orders of £25 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery.
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, seasonal demand and circumstances outside our control. Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of purchase.

Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at sprigwhisker@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at sprigwhisker@gmail.com with your order details and we’ll be happy to look into it.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photos of the parcel or product.

International shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We may expand delivery to additional regions in the future.
